Rachel is an upbeat wellness professional who enjoys motivating clients to set and reach goals. She is interested in everything that impacts health and wellness. In 2003 she became a Holistic Health Coach. A few years later Rachel discovered Zumba, fell in love, and became a licensed instructor. She has been teaching Zumba since 2011.
This led her to a path of continuing education and many more fitness certifications including Pilates in 2014 followed by Yoga in 2015. She has studied various types of Yoga including Kundalini, but Hatha and Restorative are her favorites and the ones she teaches most often.
Rachel is concerned with inclusion and offers multiple modifications in all of her classes, so that they are accessible to wide groups of people regardless of age, disability or fitness level. She teaches chair Yoga, and chair toning, so that those with limited mobility are able to participate and receive the benefits of exercise. Community and Corporate Wellness are her main areas of practice. Rachel has taught Yoga, Zumba and many other fitness classes multiple times a week for 14 years, and she loves every minute of it.
