Stephen Queenan

As my tennis resume below shows, I have extensive playing, coaching, and teaching experience.  I am not only a student of the game but avowed tennis nut.  At age 50, I am playing the best tennis of my life and on top of my game.   My USPTA certification is perhaps the best assurance and credentials I can offer any prospective tennis or athletic club.  As much as playing and teaching tennis is my passion, it is secondary to me being a husband to my wife, Beverly, and dad to my son, Pierce 13, Katie 11, and Lily 9.  Tennis is also my second profession to teaching special education in the city of York, PA.  I have taught in almost all settings from rural Africa to Adult G.E.D. in Selma, Alabama to juvenile jail.  Bottom line, teaching is in my blood.  I love helping kids and adults learn new skills and reach new levels.    I focus on skills but always keep it fun on the tennis court.  I look forward to hearing from tennis facilities and resorts where I can teach tennis and my family and I can relax & enjoy.
