I have been teaching yoga for 20 years and can modify my class for each body.  I ask for requests from students and modify each class to personalize it.  I can teach a group of 30 all the way down to private sessions. My classes at the Y are popular and only hold 30 students so they must obtain a pass to get into class.  Dealing with many seniors, I know how to modify the asana for pain relief and most importantly, injury prevention.  Balance practice and fall prevention are key areas of focus.  I have a strong background in anatomy and a playful heart.  In my classes we smile and laugh a lot and always leave feeling wonderful.
