I grew up in Brazil and moved to the United States in August 2004 on a tennis scholarship. I played 4 years of college tennis at Berry College (Rome, GA) and graduated in May 2008 with a B.S. degree in Health in Physical Education. After graduating, I became the Assistant Tennis Coach at Berry College while pursuing my Maters degree. I graduated with my MBA degree from Berry College in 2010 and moved to Macon, GA to become the Assistant Tennis Professional at Idle Hour Country Club. After working at the country club setting for 5 months, I accepted the position of Head Tennis Coach at Brenau University. This is now my 4th season at Brenau University and our tennis team is currently ranked #5 in the country in the NAIA.
In addition to coaching the college tennis team, I am also an adjunct professor in the Education Department at Brenau - teaching two lifetime fitness classes every semester (Tennis and Weight Training/Personal Fitness). I also teach individual and group lessons to members of the Gainesville community.
I am looking for an opportunity to vacation with my family in the Caribbean.
