I'm a former college athlete and it was while at college playing volleyball that I became passionate about fitness.
After moving to Manhattan in 2004, I decided to pursue it more. I was given an instructor position at a small facility in town called Primetime Fitness. Then in 2010 a new club opened in town called MAX Fitness. I began teaching for them in 2011 and it is the biggest gym in town. We have multiple locations and I teach 6 times a week.
I also coach college volleyball now and handle all the strength/conditioning/fitness for my team who finished final 4 in the country this year.
I teach Pilates + toning, I teach a high intensity interval class called Total Body Circuit, and I have a certification in FuzeCraze Dance (variety dance) that I use often to sub for Zumba teachers etc. Any type of interval class, boot camp style, and core toning classes I can teach.
I'm a challenging instructor who gives plenty of modifications so all levels of participants in the class can feel successful. I vary my classes always and never teach the same thing twice. My participants love that they know they'll get a new challenge with every class!
