Jacqueline Hofer

Hi, my name is Jackie and i recently graduated college with a B.s in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Science. In December of 2013, I took the ACSM (America College of Sports Medince) Health Fitness Specialist exam and passed. This cerfticate illustrates my ability to plan exercise prescriptions for diseased individuals as well as the general public. The HFS certificate acknowledges the skills and abilities that I have learned thoughout my college career.

In September of 2013, I became certified as an indoor cycling instructor through NETA. I have been teaching indoor cycling for one year now and I absolutely love it! I love the fast pace and the energy that is involved with leading an indoor cycling class.
