As a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast, I founded INSPIRED BY FITNESS, LLC in 2013 after 20 years of working the corporate grind in response to the sudden death of my husband, as a way to heal, gain strength and serve others through health and fitness.
My approach is a "One Bite At A Time" Wellness & Inspired Living focus on overall health and wellness - mind, body and spirit - not just physical, but the emotional, mental, intellectual and spiritual fitness of those I serve, coach and teach. Teaching the benefits of clean eating, ample sleep, stretching, stress management and mindful living has been a proven strategy to help my clients reach their goals and make the lifelong changes they have been seeking for a sustainable lifestyle of health and wellness.
I'm a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, ACE Certified Health Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Speaker and Author who loves the diversity of offering holistic, fun, fitness and overall well-being for everyone.
My first book, "One Bite At A Time, A True Story of Transformational Change and 7 Life Lessons Learned to Help You Live Your Best, Healthiest, Happiest, Most Inspired Life" was released in 2017 and is available on Amazon.
