I work full time as a McDonalds's restaurant supervisor. I have worked for this company for over 30 years. I have taught classes to employees after work, leading through a bootcamp style workout to match fitness levels, while challenging each one. I have also taken them to different gyms and led them through workouts there.
I teach spin at the Beaumont YMCA which i have taught for 7 years now and still currently teach. I have also taught spin at the North Y in Lex. , KY along with TRX, personal training, weight training classes and Pilates.
I also taught Pilates at a small local church for the past 5 years, but due to some change in their format and classrooms available those classes are no longer going on. We held them at the North Y for a couple months but it was harder for people to get to so they didnt last.
In the summer the North Y drops back a few classes and I had a major construction project going on at work that required much of my time and supervision so I am not currently teaching there right now
There is a triathlon training center here where I taught Cycle You which is a form of Soul Cycle.
