Mark Garner

Mark Garner: 46 Edmar Road East Falmouth, MA. I have been teaching tennis for 10 years, 3 of them as a USPTA professional. I live and work on Cape Cod Massachusetts. I have been here for 30 years. Prior to coming to the Cape I was the director of operations of a 33 unit restaurant chain. I then entered the real estate field in 1987 first as an investor, then an agent. I spent the final 20 years as an owner of Century21 Cape Associates.

I became semi-retired 10 years ago and I starting teaching tennis part time.  I have worked as a high school assistant coach.  I fully retired 3 years ago.  I currently work at two clubs in season (summer) here on the Cape. For 5 years I worked at Kings Grant Racquet club in Cotuit Ma and I currently work at Ballymeade Country Club in Falmouth. I do clinics and privates. I specialize in adults and doubles strategy. I am willing to work someone else’s program or am capable of designing my own. I have a full library of my own drills and I often video tape clients as an instructional aide.

I have no tennis commitments other than personal tournaments in the winter season and would like to explore teaching at warm weather resort. I have a track record of success in business and a flexible schedule. I understand promotion and profit goals and can help a club obtain both with an air of maturity and a spirit of cooperation. I love tennis and I love teaching.
