Robin Ryer

I am a Prescott Arizona native, and have been active in sports throughout my life. The earlliest stages of my love of sports was competitve softball, that included state and regional tournaments, in which we won, to go on to represented Arizona at national tournaments. Teams sports provided me with a clear sense of working as a whole for a successful outcome, that I use to this day.

In keeping fit for competition, I then found Indoor Cycling, this developed in a passion for endurance related sports. To date I have done marathons,duathlons, triathlons and single sports of cycling and running, even the obstacle mud runs! These have motivated me to help others fulfill thier dreams and fitness goals.

I coached indoor cycling at the Prescott YMCA for 14 years and steerheaded a triathlon class with two other coaches in 2012. This was very sucessful, and now has a following of approximently 115 people on facebook.

On the personal side, I am a salon owner and work as a cosmetologist, we have been in business in Prescott for 35 years. I love to travel, and adventure seems to whisper to me, and plant seeds in my thoughts! I currently am a CrossFit enthusiast, RealRyder Cyclist instructor, and dabble in climbing, white water rafting, and challenging myself mentally with obstacle course racing.

I love a life that is multifaceted, and passionate. I try to lead by example and compassion. I am ever learning about our body, and how it affects us in the mind and spirit.

I joined ICIPRO many years ago at it inception, and this has found me filling out this biography to join my coaching skills with travel and adventure!
