I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast. I grew up dancing, playing basketball and tennis, and also participating in recreational running. During college, I taught various sports camps and later taught tennis camps for adults and children. After finishing my postgraduate work, I became an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have experience teaching a variety of kickboxing classes, including with the heavy bag, TurboKick, and several shadow boxing style classes. I have extensive experience teaching mat Pilates, Pound, TRX, as well as resistance based strength training and cardio bootcamp including various HIIT formats. Participants in my classes range in various ages and fitness levels. I love the energy participants bring to the class and helping individuals enjoy reaching their fitness goals. Apart from teaching, I also have prior experience managing the group exercise program across 3 clubs, with a group of approximately 70 instructors.
