Michelle Matheson

My name is Michelle Matheson I have been instructing for 3 1/2 years and love the energy I feel from a class.  I am 27 years old and in the best shape of my life.  I love helping people reach there fitness goals by giving them a class that they can enjoy but that will also challenge them and myself.

I have been marriend for 1 year and I work part-time as a X-ray Technologist.  My husband and I enjoy travelling and this would be a great opportunity to do to things I love at once.
