Lindsay is a busy mom of 2 that has been sharing her passion for fitness for over 4 years. She is an accomplished dancer who has excelled in many musical performances. Her journey into the group fitness industry began after her second child was born. She decided that making a healthier lifestyle choice was a priority. ZUMBA and HATHA YOGA are her favorite type of classes to teach. Lindsay also holds certifications in TRX and Strength Training which she eagerly shares with her participants. Lindsay sees a very bright future for those who chose to include fitness in their daily routines.
