My name is Jen Womack. I have been involved in the fitness world since 2010. I started out by becoming a Zumba instructor. When I was teaching, I typically taught 2-3 classes per week. This is when I really started to focus on becoming a more healthy and fitness focused person. In 2010I also began taking yoga classes every week. I instantly fell in love with the practice and decided that I wanted to become a yoga instructor. In June 2016 I became a 200 hr RYT through Will Power Welness and Fitness in Hicksville Ohio. I continue to try and teach others about the benefits of yoga and how it have changed my life! I hope to conitnue to reach out to others and share my love of yoga with them.
