It seems that it wasn't that long ago that I wandered into the revelry of my first Zumba class, unaware that, in only a few months, I would be at the front of my own class. Health and fitness is a top priority for me and there is little that brings me as much joy as partying with a room full of people who are making steps to better themselves or pushing someone to finish those last ten reps.
