Connie Karem

Connie Karem has been teaching fitness since 1994 in a variety of formats. Starting off in High/Low and Step, as the industry changed, she continued to change with it aquiring certifications in yoga, Pilates, kickboxing etc. In 1998 she began working as the Fulltime coordinator at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport in downtown Indianapolis. Over the years the Corporate side of NIFS grew to where she is now currently managing over 450 classes per month at 39 locations with a staff of nearly 100 instructors. She continues to teach 6 to 8 hours each week specializing in yoga, pilates and senior fitness.
