- I am a lifetime athlete and fitness enthusiast with 20-plus years of advanced yoga practice and an 8-year barre and pilates practitioner. I am currently working towards my RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training and am a Certified Booty Barre Instructor.
I look foward to deepening my yoga practice by completing the RYT-200 training and complimenting my fitness routine with continued education in Barre, Pilates. Being a member of FitBodies combines my love of fitness with my passion for travel!
