Passionate about movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection, I bring over a decade of experience designing and delivering transformative wellness experiences in not only community, commercial, and corporate fitness centers but also in luxury resort settings and international learning environments.

For the past four years, I have been a wellness instructor at Miraval Resorts, a world-renowned luxury wellness destination, where I teach diverse programming including yoga, aqua fitness, HIIT, cardio drumming, meditation stretch, barre, strength and mobility, foam rolling, cycle, kickboxing, mat Pilates fusion, Bosu balance, outdoor fitness fusion, hills and drills, and customized semi-private and private personal training sessions  

As an award-winning Program Manager for Facilitator Development in my corporate career, I hold an APTD credential and am a Master Trainer with the Association for Talent Development (ATD). I've designed effective experiences for over 1,750 learners worldwide, earning a 4.9/5.0 satisfaction rating. I coach, mentor, facilitate, and collaborate with strategic partners to achieve excellence in every program and participant interaction.

 

YOGA & MINDFULNESS EXPERTISE:

I specialize in multiple yoga styles including Vinyasa Flow (dynamic breath-to-movement sequences), Yoga Sculpt (strength-building fusion), Yoga Flow (accessible flow for all levels), Stretch Yoga (deep flexibility and recovery), Yoga Relaxation (restorative rest and renewal), and Yoga for Athletes (performance enhancement and injury prevention).

My training through Yoga Renew's comprehensive certification program includes my initial 200 Hour Yoga certification. I continued building on foundational study of yoga practice and I completed eight specialty certifications: Sound Healing, Hip Mobility, Mudras & Mindfulness, Ayurveda & Asana, Essential Oils & Essential Wellness, Breathing 101, Yoga Anatomy and Physiology, Yamas and Niyama’s (ethical principles of yoga) and Yoga for Athletes.

 

BREATHWORK, MEDITATION & HOLISTIC PRACTICES:

I guide students through Pranayama (breathwork) practices, Mudras (hand gestures) for energy work, Sound Healing experiences using singing bowls and other instruments, and guided meditation and mindfulness techniques for stress reduction and inner peace. I incorporate essential oils to enhance the sensory yoga experience, integrate ayurveda principles for complete wellness, and offer unique floating meditation sessions in the water—creating truly memorable moment for guests.

 

AQUA FITNESS SPECIALTY (LUXURY RESORT EXPERIENCE):

With four years of experience at Miraval Resorts and additional luxury resort assignments through Fit Bodies Inc., I teach and have taught Aqua Cardio, Aqua Barre, and Water Cycle classes—bringing dynamic energy to poolside programming while creating engaging, social fitness experiences that guests love.

 

DYNAMIC FITNESS & WELLNESS PROGRAMMING:

Beyond yoga and aqua classes, I offer Kickboxing, HIIT, Barre, TRX Training, Strength & Mobility, Pilates Fusion, Cardio Drumming, Foam Rolling, Core & Glutes, Outdoor Fitness, Hills and Drills, Stretching, Cycle—creating diverse, results-driven programming that exceeds guest expectations.

As a Whole30 Certified Coach, Health Coach, and Dare to Lead Certified facilitator (Brené Brown methodology), I offer one-on-one wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, meal prep education, and goal-setting support. I excel at listening to client needs, creating personalized action plans, and fostering sustainable lifestyle improvements in mindfulness, nutrition, and movement.

As a Hyatt Hotels Corporation employee, I have completed all required compliance and safety training including heat stroke prevention, natural disaster emergency procedures, PPE protocols, human trafficking awareness, sexual abuse prevention, and hospitality ethics. Combined with my four years at Miraval Resorts, I deeply understand luxury resort operations, guest experience excellence, and seamless team collaboration.
