I am a certified Pilates mat and Yoga instructor. I saw you ad on craiglist and I'm interesting to teach at your studio. I fell in love with Yoga about 6 years and for the past 3 years, I start doing Pilates too. I really love both exercise because it is not just that it give you great shape, but it is help you to be aware more of your body. I love to each people how they can take control of their body with small movement every day.
I would love to come in and meet with you. I am qualified to teach any level of Pilates mat and Yoga as well as incorporate props to any classes. I teach a classical mat class while also adding modern variations to please the needs of the class as a whole. In my Yoga classes, I mix the Yin Yoga with the flow Vinyasa. So both beginner and advance can practice at the same time.

· Pilates mat certified by Core Pilates.
· Familiar with the traditional Pilates method as well as current modern variations and modifications.
· Ability to assess the physical condition and level of experience of the client and make modifications based on their specific needs.
· Ability to effectively stress the importance of correct alignment in regards to the client’s safety.
· Extensive experience as a professional fitness instructor and therefore have knowledge of the body and teaching movement.
