I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING YOGA FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. I GRADUATED FROM A YOGA ALLIANCE RYS IN DECEMBER 2013. I AM CERTIFIED TO TEACH VINYASA STYLE YOGA. MY TEACHING HOURS SINCE TRANING ENDED HAVE FOCUSED ON KARMA YOGA, SETTING UP FUNDRAISERS AND GIVING BACK TO FAMILIES IN NEED.
