Louis Kleinsmith

Lou is from the Michigan-Ohio Area(Toledo - Detroit) and never started to

work out till he was 28 and was 60lbs heavier. He attended Utah State

University for engineering and graduated in 1979. Lou has worked as a

engineering sales manager for The Lincoln Electric Company for over 32

years, and has lived in 8 states around the country and finally made it to

Coral Springs. He has 3 boys to keep him busy as well as a passion for

Spinning. He was certified as a Madd Dog instructor a year ago. He is now

working towards a NSCA Personnel Training Certification. He has a extremely

high energy level that rubs off on his students. So for a incredible high
