Diane is a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates, Sport Yoga and Core Specialist, NCSF Certified Personal Trainer Instructor, willpower Method® Phase II Certified Instructor, as well as advanced degrees in fitness, dance and exercise science.

Diane will motivate and inspire you in her fun loving style while living out her passion for movement, exercise and being the best we can be inside and out.

Group Fitness Cardio Class: (taught using the willPower Method®):  willPower® is a unique, time-efficient cardio-sculpting program that is equipment free – just bring the barefoot you.  It’s a full-body workout that combines elements of yoga, Pilates and calisthenics.  Students will get their cardio AND flexibility in one class. It tones, strengthens and it enhances balance. You might imagine yoga meets boot-camp, or cardio-Pilates. willPower® is a fusion of the most popular and most effective workouts and it gives great results!
