Nicole Nadeau

Nicole started practicing yoga 5 years ago while working as an environmental project manager for a marine construction company in Alaska; immediately she felt things starting to shift for her and has had a love affair with yoga ever since. For Nicole, yoga has a powerful way of bringing to light the things held inside the body, both the scary and the beautiful, while offering the tools needed to heal and expand. She enjoys growing her personal practice by attending classes regularly, traveling for yoga retreats and trainings, practicing meditation and breath work, journaling, and reading books that inspire and encourage personal growth. Being a practitioner first allows her to teach from a place of personal experience, which she brings into her classes and workshops. Nicole also has a love for working privately with students that want more from their yoga practice, or are in need of modifications for recovering injuries.

Nicole is excited to offer this unique style of yoga, which connects the ancient wisdom of yoga with the latest science and understanding of the body. Turbodog yoga goes after weaknesses to get you stronger and resilient both physically and emotionally. Nicole’s goal as a teacher is to hold space for her students to explore their practice, take aim, and make lasting transformations on and off their mats.
