Amanda brings her style of high-energy cycling from Columbus, OH and Washington, DC. In 2011 Amanda stumbled into a boutique cycling studio with hot music and even hotter workouts that inspired her to train to become an instructor. This oasis appeared after years of uninspiring cycling classes at "big box" gyms. Amanda's focus on form and high-intensity intervals will ensure that you have a fierce and focused workout in only 45mins. Her classes are designed with specifically cadenced music to get you to targeted RPMs for each song. Trained by Schwinn Indoor Cycling and Spinning, Amanda has a fresh sense of humor to compliment her highly motivating classes.
