Laura Hall

I am foremost a lover of physical activity.  I take part in a variety of physical activities: ultimate frisbee, soccer, teaching cyle and water aerobics, running, and swimming.  I particulary love to share my excitement for physical activity with other people.  While teaching water aerobics and cycle classes, my goals are positive encouragement, high expectations, and excitement for providing them the best rountine possible. Other than a lover of physical activity, I am an English Language Teacher for Minneapolis Public Schools.  I have a great passion for helping students reach their academic goals.  I apply many of my same techniques of teaching exercise classes to teaching English language learners: positive encourage, high expections, and excitement for the content.
