I've taught thousands of classes and never tire of the tried and true formats (cycling and yoga are my mainstays) or learning new things. I look at every class as an opportunity to connect with participants and help them love exercise and movement. I think my experience speaks for itself, and my references will be more than happy to sing my praises. Yoga has helped me and many of the students navigate life's challenges with grace and flexibility. I hope to be teaching for a very long time.

I teach participants to work on small goals and behavioral modification, rather than big (and often impossible-to-attain) weight loss and fitness aspirations. I love helping people see results, and leading them to realize that improving their health doesn't have to be "all or nothing."
