- Leah Bruley
Leah has been teaching group fitness classes for 23 years, her high energy and enthusiasm are what she is known for. Leah graduated from University of Plymouth State College and has a Master Degree in Education from Cambridge College.
Leah studied health and fitness in College and starting teaching group fitness classes in the basement of her dorm and has been loving it ever since.
She taught middle school science, health and wellness for 12 years until taking time off for the last four years to raise her two children.
Leah has always remained working as a group fitness instructor at a variety of gyms. Leah has also lead group fitness classes independantly to Highschool sports teams, Private companies, and 50 + groups. She also loves to volunteer at her childrens school and teach yoga to the elementary students and volunteers at her church to the senior community and guides them in yoga classes a few times a month. She likes to have her classes educational, entertaining and challenging to all her students. She teaches a variety of classes like cycle, bootcamp, tabata, HIIT, Insanity, yoga, core and barre classes.
In her spare time she enjoys getting teams of people together to do different races and events throughout the year. She enjoys putting a teams together and works hard to train but has a blast while doing each event. Her goal is to add new members from her classes to join her in the races, she has so much fun with everyone.
Leah has a main goal to provide each person she meets in her classes with an educational, entertaining and challanging work out. She loves to make a difference in peoples lives and help them to achieve their mental and physical goals.
