Motivated, personable fitness professional with a love for fitness and staying active and young. I currently teach a number of different formats such as HIIT, Tabata, Lower Body/Core Conditioning, Sculpting / Cardio Conditioning, Bodyweight Conditioning, and Aqua Water Wellness. I am comfortable with teaching a group of teens for their Lacrosse Conditioning or the 70 and older crowd in a full pool in Water Wellness. I am diplomatic and tactful with members at all fitness levels.
