My name is Richard. I have enjoyed being active and fit my whole life. Health and fitness has been a way of life for me since I was a very young man when I started studying the martial arts as a teenager. I instantly fell in love with the connection between the mental and physical aspects of Jiu-Jitsu and after several years of training I received my black belt. My interest in health and fitness continued to grow and lead me in many different directions. I regularly weight train, competing in local road races, duathlons and marathons. I am a Keiser and Mad Dog certified indoor cycling instructor and have been teaching 2 to 3 classes a week for the past 8 years.
