I began my fitness career in 2003 as a group exercise instructor. Over the years, I expanded my expertise by becoming an ACE-certified personal trainer and completing my 200RYT Yoga certification in 2014. My training encompasses a diverse array of exercise disciplines, including Pilates anatomy, hands-on yoga, Silver Sneakers programs for older adults, Pilates with props, strength and conditioning, core muscle training, healthy lifestyle behavior change, interval training, group cycling instruction, and working with cancer survivors. I am passionate about creating an engaging and supportive environment where individuals can achieve their fitness goals while enjoying the journey.
