I am a positive, enthusiastic fitness leader and coach.
I offer 6 years experience in personal training, spinning, bootcamp, and core & flexibility workshops. My classes are fun, energized, mulit-leveled and safe. It's always my goal that each participant is better for having taking my class.
As a personal trainer, I take the time to combine an individuals fitness goals with the science of their unique physiology and personal preference, so that each program that I design will lead to the client's goal as well as better health, posture and enjoyment.
