Emily Rosenberg-Blank works as a photo editor and began to practice yoga in 2005 to bring balance to her career and lifestyle. She completed the 200 hour teacher training at YogaWorks in 2013. She strives to create an enviornment in which the students feel comfortable accepting where they are at the present moment. Whether it's on the mat or off, it's important to pay attention to what is happening within us. Breathing, focus and patience are words she always try to bring into class, no matter what the level. Students are always encouraged to move consciously inward, tracing their breath with each movement and to find ease in their individual postures.
