Fitness is fun! A great way to enhance a vacation. My body also has a better time if I do yoga. My favorite classes to teach are Zumba, line dancing and yoga. Yin yoga is especially relaxing and keeps the body ready for more.

I’ve also worked at Lifetime Fitness, Denver University, Boston Athletic Club. Besides dance fitness I can lead weight training, calisthenics, Ashtanga Yoga and core training. I enjoy hosting large fitness events. My hope is by helping more people enjoy fitness we can curb the obesity epidemic.
