About Bridget:
Bridget is a certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa yoga. Her practice began in 2003, and quickly lead her down the path of becoming a teacher. Sharing yoga with others has brought her to a more patient, peaceful, and content way of life.
During sessions with Bridget you will utilize the physical practice to create health, vitality, and longevity in the body. You will receive clear instructions, learn how to feel alignment within your practice and develop a meaningful relationship with your breath, mind and body. A typical class will teach you to use yoga postures to get into your body awaking the body and mind, finding freedom through breath and movement.
When off her mat Bridget enjoys spending time in nature with her husband, children and two dogs. With a passion for all things artistic and a love for vegan cooking she enjoys trying new things and finding time to play both on and off of her yoga mat.
