  • Responsible for leading group fitness activities in aerobic, strength, resistance and flexibility training at all levels of fitness.
  • Frequent community speaker in health care and public forums on fitness topics.
  • Nationally certified to teach Spinning, Body Pump, Body Flow, Body Step, Aqua, Yoga, POUND, and Kickboxing. Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center has records of all my national Certifications including ACE and can be reached at 865-531-5000. Supervisor is Lori Miracle.
