I have Been Practicing Bikram yoga for the past 3 and 1/2 years on a daily Basis.  Bikram Yoga is a Series of 26  Hatha Yoga Postures and 2 Breathing excercises practices in a room heated to 110 degrees with 42% humidity.  A year and a half ago I decided to take my practice to another level and study Hatha Yoga so that I would be able to share my love of Yoga with others. 

I completed the 300 hour Hatha Yoga course from the Aura Wellness Center, and with this certification, I have specialized in sharing my knowledge with children, mostly that are involved in competitive sports, as well as teaching adults in private or very small groups, so that they can really benefit from one on one corrections and adjustments , this enables them to practice safely, and offers them the chance to understand and execute the postures properly.
