Sean De Lima

My training is in Ashtanga yoga. For the last four years I have focused on dynamic classes challenging different muscle groups and experience levels. I have a "to each their own skill level" attitude, and am happy to do hands on adjustments if participants are comfortable with being touched. I have maintained a personal yoga practice for almost six years, and I'm very dedicated to the study of anatomy and understanding how the body works. 

Yoga is very important to me. I have recently completed the Yoga Thrive teacher training and acquired a deeper understanding of therapeutic yoga techniques. I would like to continue furthering my education with a Kundalini teacher training, and eventually my 500hr (heavily considering RYT training).
