Yoga Experience
I began my study of yoga while attending Baldwin Wallace college in 1988.
I have practiced Yoga since then becoming a certified yoga Teacher and Martial Arts Master
In 2009 I continued my education by studying to become a certified yoga teacher and a respiratory therapist.
I taught Yoga at Lifetime Fitness and Harmony Yoga as well as private clients since 2010.
Research in Yoga
I am working with the Cleveland Clinic Mellen center, conducting a research study involving MS patients with symptoms that have caused them walking difficulties to test the effects of yoga practice on gait and fatigue.
Interests and Disciplines
I have extensively studied the role of nutrition and fitness as it pertains to being healthy and disease free beginning with nutrition and yoga classes taken at Baldwin Wallace.
At age 11 my parents enrolled me in karate classes and I earned my black belt when in June of 1989.
