I have been in the healthcare industry for 20 years. On a daily basis, I see patients that have negatively impacted their lives due to sedentary lifestyles. Realizing the need for adults and children to lead more active lives, I decided to combine my love of dance and fitness and became a group exercise instructor in 2010.
Initially I taught Zumba and eventually expanded my career to include teaching spin classes, BodyBalance, Bodypump, and Yoga.
