Teaching in corporate and spa Scottsdale locations, rehabilitation hopsital therapy department arthritis & rehab water and land exercises working specifically with the more challanged populations. I recently became a National Arthritis Foundation National Trainer. My main interest is in personal and group training with the Get Back to Fit and person with possible balance, coord. limitations and a more mature participant.
