What to expect when you train with me:Committing to a workout routine and clean eating is a process. It is not an overnight fix but a new lifestyle adaption. I work with clients to break bad habits and create new and healthy ones- making you enjoy life to its fullest! I stress proper form and education, overall routine commitment, and proper nutrition. I give you ALL the tools you need to achieve your goal- you just need to say YES.

My favorite exercise is: Deadlifts. No better exercise for your core and lower body. Deadlifts are great for targeting your glutes, hamstrings and core. I love pull ups for upper body exercises. If someone tells me they can't do a pull up- I tell them they will when they train with me.
