Bridget Izor

My name is Bridget Izor, I am 26 and live in Northeast Ohio. I have been personal training as well as teaching group fitness classes such as, circuit training, TRX, and TBOW for the past 4 years. I am also a Ohio State Licensed Massage Therapist. I attended Morehead State Universtiy where I got my bachelors in exercise science, kineisiology.
