Lindsay McLaughlin

Lindsay McLaughlin started doing yoga in college as a way to practice a more mindful form of movement after years as a competitive dancer. Once she began law school, Lindsay found yoga to be a necessary component of her daily routine to maintain a more healthy and less stressful life. Her strong connection to yoga led her to enroll in CorePower Yoga's 200 hour Register Yoga Teacher Trianing in the summer of 2011. Lindsay has been teaching, practicing and training in yoga constantly since. She now even coaches other aspiring yoga teachers in CorePower's teacher training programs. Lindsay has taught a wide array of students, ranging from law school classmates to casual and advanced yogis to juvenile criminal offenders in her hometown. She enjoys working with all levels of students and hopes to help them connect breath and movement in a way that feels effortless. Lindsay will graduate with her law degree and Master in Public Health in May, 2014. In her spare time, Lindsay loves to spend time with her dogs and husband, eat gluten-free cupcakes, and listen to Motown Music.
