Jill Lode

I am married, a mother of 3 (Sons 26, 24 and daughter 15) and full time employee of the Iowa Department of Transportation. I began teaching group fitness classes at The Courtyard in Sheldon, IA 4 years ago and teach 3-4 times a week.  I love staying fit and am also very mindful of what I and my family put into our bodies nutritionally. I also despise the cold weather and would love the chance to travel to warmer climates while also being able to do what I love..lead fitness groups!
