A once avid marathon runner, triathlete, and competitive tennis player, Heynia discovered Pilates as a means to support her training and to develop core strength, flexibility and proper body alignment.
Heynia specializes in core strengthening, shoulder, pelvic and hip stabilization. She custom tailors programs for youth, adults, athletes, sports specific and rehabilitative clients.
Pilates has been an integral part of Heynia’s life since 2001 and has been an essential component in keeping her injury free and strong. She enjoys training clients to create the same benefits in their own lives.
