As a part time Group Exercise Instructor in Charlotte NC, I am passionate about fitness! I currently teach Athletic Conditioning and Cycle. My classes are challenging but can be adjusted for all levels with simple modifications. The Athletic Conditioning format is my absolute favorite, HITT training, cardio intervals and compound moves using dumbbells, bosu trainers, resistance bands, medicine balls, gliders, any of the above. I have a total of 5 years experience teaching Group Exercise and am an early bird, 5am classes are my favorite!
