Hello,

I am a full time pharmaceutical sales rep who now teaches Group Ex classes part time 4-5x week.  I am married and have 2 children that are very active and healthy! My husband is a Physical Ed teacher also.

After teaching classes for many years I went on to get a master's degree from Univ. of CT in fitness to further my knowledge.  I have used this in many areas of the industry and continue to develop my skills and broaden my certifications every couple years.  I have taught pretty much all types of classes including, Hi/Lo, Step, Muscle sculpt, Cycle, Pilates, Stroller Fitness, Boot Camp, Zumba, Power, Groove and Kick. I held a PT certification from ACE for many years and was also a Golf Fitness Certified trainer at a country club.

Exercise and a healthy lifestyle are not only my passions, but a way of life in my family and I love bringing it to all different kinds of people.
