Sofia Bunger

My name is Sofia Bunger but most people call me Sofi. I'm 36, originally from Sweden, married to an American from NY and recently moved to Chattanooga, TN from Charlotte, NC. My fitness career started in Sacramento, CA in 2010 where I studied in a 2 year personal training program while also studying nutrition and sports psychology. In my spare time I like to rock climb, mountain bike, run, do yoga, weight train, bake, cook, drink good coffee and create art.
