Cortney Eldridge

Hello! My name is Cortney Eldridge. I currently live in the resort town of Sunapee, New Hampshire. I became a group fitness instrucotr approximately 2 years ago. Having spent most of my life overweight, I understand the unique needs of my clients and thier personal reasons for joining any fitness regimen. This understanding has led me to triple all of my class participation within one month of beginning at both fitness institutions. I believe fitness should be physicall as well as emotionally rewarding through the use of humor and positive reinforcement with all of my clients.
