I've been teaching group fitness classes for 20 years and teach a variety of classes: boot camp, circuit, interval, strength training, muscle pump, kickboxing, step, sports conditioning, stretching, abs, and TRX. I currently teach 5 classes a week at 2 different gyms. I'm certified through AFAA and TRX. I'm 38 years old, married, with 2 boys (ages 3 and 5).
